PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / ENGINEERING

Product Development

We turn an initial idea into a coherent new product design, ready for the next prototype stage.

Detailed CAD view of a mechanical assembly with jointed connections, link rods, supports, mounting holes and mating components

CAD engineering visualization

Mechanical assembly and component integration

Detailed CAD view illustrating mechanical interfaces, linkages and assembly geometry.

Deliverables and review stages are agreed for each project. Manufacturing, testing and external specialists are quoted separately where needed.

Suitable technical requests

Engineering example · Not a client case study

  • A compact specialist device from a sketch
  • A new mechanical product with tight packaging constraints

Engineering work

Requirements definition, architecture options, component interfaces and detailed mechanical CAD.

Possible deliverables

  • Concept study
  • CAD assembly and drawings
  • Prototype preparation package

What we need to start

Intended use, target function, size and cost constraints, sketches and known interfaces.

How this scope develops

Agree requirements → compare concepts → develop the selected architecture → review the design package.

Files and handover

STEP assembly, PDF drawings and concept notes, CSV BOM; native CAD by agreement.

Scope boundaries

Physical prototype build and validation are a separate stage. Industrial styling, tooling and certification require their own scope.
