PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / ENGINEERING

Robotics & UAV Engineering

We develop mechanical platforms and subsystems to house, position and protect equipment for civilian and industrial use.

CAD engineering visualization

UAV mechanical layout

A six-arm structure with motor and propeller assemblies, central plates and landing supports.

Deliverables and review stages are agreed for each project. Manufacturing, testing and external specialists are quoted separately where needed.

Suitable technical requests

Engineering example · Not a client case study

  • A sensor mount on an inspection UAV
  • A lightweight robotic platform or payload enclosure

Engineering work

Frame and enclosure concepts, payload packaging, equipment mounts, mechanical interfaces and assembly planning.

Possible deliverables

  • Platform or subsystem CAD
  • Mounting and enclosure drawings
  • Component packaging and mass-budget notes

What we need to start

Civilian use case, payload dimensions and mass, mounting interfaces, environmental and motion requirements.

How this scope develops

Define subsystem boundaries → compare layouts → develop structures and mounts → review integration and agreed checks.

Files and handover

STEP assemblies, PDF drawings and layout notes, CSV BOM; mass estimates with explicit assumptions.

Scope boundaries

No promise of complete autonomous control, flight readiness or certification. Structural validation, flight tests and regulated approvals need separate qualified review.
